The metro is a cheap and easy way to get between central Athens and the port. Taking the Metro between Central Athens and Piraeus Port To get from Piraeus port to Athens, consider Welcome Pickups car service over a taxi: they can be pre-booked, cost the same as a cab, and you’ll skip waiting in line at the taxi rank.
